KSAT Design and IT Solutions is a Toowoomba-based IT business providing practical support for home users, small businesses and community organisations.

I focus on making technology simpler, more reliable and easier to manage. That can mean fixing day-to-day IT problems, improving networks, automating repetitive work, building websites, setting up support systems, or helping different services work together more effectively.

My approach is to establish a solid and reliable foundation first, then add improvements in stages. I prefer solutions that are understandable, maintainable and able to be changed or rolled back without disrupting everything around them.

Personal support without unnecessary complexity

KSAT is intentionally small. You deal directly with the person doing the work, rather than being passed between departments or support queues.

Where possible, support is handled remotely, which allows issues to be resolved efficiently while still providing on-site assistance when it is genuinely needed.

Supporting homes, businesses and community organisations

The work varies depending on the client. For a home user it might be fixing devices, Wi-Fi or backups. For a business it may involve support systems, networking, automation, hosting or ongoing maintenance. For clubs and community organisations, it can include websites, membership systems, documentation, communications and other practical technology needs.

The goal is the same in every case: use technology to make things easier, not more complicated.
